Payment

As a courtesy to our guests on the waiting list, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation time, or do not drop off your pet for their stay, you will be charged for the full length of the reservation. Exceptions may be made if the space can be filled.

Yes! But you are welcome to bring an alternative food for your pet.

We do not accept cards at this time. We ask that you pay by check when possible, but will also accept cash.

Care

Yes! We ask that all dogs have the DHPP, rabies and bordetella (aka kennel cough) vaccines.

To maximize your pet's comfort during their stay, we suggest that you bring along the following:

  • Comfort items. This could be a blanket, bed, toy or other belonging that smells like home.
  • Any required medications

Food is included in our rates. So, there is no need to bring along any food, unless your pet prefers something else.

Please do not bring along any dishes/bowls or overly large comforters and beds. We supply all our guests with standard bowls, and overly large comforters can easily get in the way.

We are happy to help your pet by administering medicine (including diabetic shots) to them during their stay. All medicines must be provided by the owner. Additionally, we require that you provide all information necessary to properly adiminsiter the medicine.

Pick-up/Drop-off

Yes. We can schedule an appointment for you to pick up your pet.

  • Sundays: You will be charged the daily rate plus a $30 fee.
  • Holidays: We do not do appointments on holidays.

Please check our holiday hours to see if we will be open that day. We do not do pick-ups by appointment on holidays.

We do not have office hours on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Eve

Services

Yes! We do pet day care at the standard rates and will work around your schedule.

As most day care needs do not fall within our office hours, we only do day care by appointment.

Yes!

We are happy to board dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters, guineua pigs, and other pets upon request.
